Job Description:
Dove & Hawk are partnering with a multi-branch agency, who are looking an experienced and ambitious Associate Sales Negotiator to join the market leaders in E16, with the fastest growing team within the company.
This office is currently their most successful sales department with ambition to drive results further.

Key Responsibilities:
*Qualify and Match Applicants: Identify the needs of prospective buyers and show them properties that meet their criteria.
*Proactive Outreach: Create new opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database.
*Cross-Selling: Promote and sell offerings across other branches and our diverse New Homes portfolio.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve annual sales targets.
*Conduct Viewings and Negotiate: Lead property viewings and handle offer negotiations.
*High-Level Customer Service: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
Who They’re Looking For:
*Experienced Sales Professional: Demonstrated success in residential sales with a strong track record.
*Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport quickly.
*Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the London property market.
*Proactive and Tenacious: Driven and persistent in meeting and exceeding targets.
*Results-Oriented: Ability to achieve key KPIs related to calls, viewings, offers, and sales.
*Sales Process Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
*Client-Focused: Committed to exceeding client expectations.
*Valid Driver’s Licence: A valid driving licence is essential.
