Role Overview:
As a Teacher on maternity cover, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality education to our students. You will plan and implement engaging lessons, assess student progress, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your role is pivotal in shaping the educational journey of our young learners during this temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and development.
*Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school community.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience in teaching, preferably within a primary school setting.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Commitment to continuous professional development.
*Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
