Community Nurse *Temporary Position
*Location: Kirklees
*Salary: Up to £30 per hour
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses for a temporary role within a community healthcare organisation in Kirklees. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to providing high-quality nursing care in the community, ensuring patients receive the best possible support in their own homes.
Day-to-day of the role: *Deliver comprehensive community nursing care, including end of life care, pain management, and administration of anticipatory medicines and insulin.
*Work within a 24-hour service, offering flexibility with shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
*Provide holistic care and support to patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proficiency in community nursing, with experience in end of life care, pain management, anticipatory medicines, and insulin administration.
*Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
