Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time financial controller within a Privately owned Ltd Company which operates in three sectors: Healthcare (Pharmacy), Property, and Investments.
The post is based at our Head Office situated in Victoria Park Village, Hackney, London. You will be reporting to the Finance Director, and have regular contact with the Managing Director and the Investments Director. The Company is an ’A’ rated Tier 2 sponsor.
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Record keeping, and financial management
*Analysis of all relevant financials to include items such as credit control, sales/purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, payroll data processing, and monthly/yearly management accounts
*Accounts and Finance team management of 2-3 staff
*Look for opportunities for increasing efficiencies and profitability
*Liaise with all other company team members, external suppliers, and professional advisors, as necessary
*Documenting all financial processes, and filing and records management
*Additional Ad Hoc duties.
The candidate must either hold a bachelor degree in accounting and finance or related subject from a UK University and/or have a full/partial qualification for the professional qualification (ATT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CTA, ACG, or TEP). The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, and written and verbal communications skills in English, as well as efficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Starting salary £29,000 to £45,000 depending on qualification and experience, plus performance related annual bonus.
