Position: Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to make a significant impact in urgent care? We are seeking dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join a dynamic team at Urgent Treatment Centres in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
*Clinical Practice: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions for patients presenting with undiagnosed and undifferentiated illnesses.
*Triage: Conduct face-to-face and telephone triage shifts, with the flexibility to work from home.
*Patient Care: Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
*Experience: Recent experience in a face-to-face patient care setting is essential.
*Background: Candidates from paramedic, pharmacist, or nursing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
*Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
