Key responsibilities of the Communications Officer:
*Develop and implement effective communication strategies
*Manage internal communications, including production and management of newsletters
*Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations
*Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
*Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
*Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready
*Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
*Lead the marketing and public relations team
Profile
A successful Communications Officer should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms
