Job Description:
Air Conditioning / HVAC Manager required in South West England (Ideally within Oxford, Swindon, Gloucester triangle however we can be flexible)
Leading packages in the market reflective of £45K to £60K starting salary, plus bonus!

The company:
As modern and long standing Commercial Air Conditioning (HVAC) specialists, with 60 employees currently, mostly based in London and Nottingham - This client now have demand from repeat customers to expand into the South West of England.
Because the companies presence is not in the South West yet- the new Air Conditioning Manager / Lead Air Conditioning Engineer will be hands on with service, repairs, and maintenance works (As well as installs when required).
PLUS you will get your own apprentice / junior air conditioning engineer after probation (3 months), to support with workload and inhibit growth- which you will have free reign of from this point forward! The Service Director (Based in London), will be in full support of you throughout and be there to help. All work will be organized by the office in conjunction with you.

The team:
The HVAC team are huge on personality, and helping you develop to where you want to get to. EG, Employees do have experience being put through Project Management courses.

Requirements:
- Established experience in the Air Conditioning Engineer trade.
- 5+ years experience in Air Conditioning Service, Repairs and Maintenance.
- Able to work independently, with the drive to build a team.
- HVAC F-gas license.
- Drivers license.
- Based in the triangle of Swindon, to Cheltenham, to Oxford is ideal- However we will speak to people as far up as Birmingham and as Low as Bath.
