Graduate Administrator (Financial Services)
Due to rapid growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Private Bank based in the City of London, as we seek a 2024 graduate who is looking to gain experience within finanial services. Our client is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their team to oversee the core functions of account opening and account amendments.
Duties of the Financial Services Administrator to include:
*Assist in reviewing account-related documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
*Support the tracking of account amendments and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
*Help maintain and organize account-opening documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
*Support in sending screening results to the front office accurately and promptly.
*Input client information into core banking systems under supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data management protocols.
Requirements of the successful Financial Services Administrator:
*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
*Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
*Basic IT skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
*Enthusiasm for learning about financial services and wealth management.
*No prior experience required, though an interest in financial services is a plus.
