We’re on the look out for an experienced Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Accountant to join an international media organisation! Joining the London-based team, the ideal candidate will have experience in cash book management, customer account maintenance, invoicing, and debt chasing.
Please be advised that this will be a 6 month temp-to-perm opportunity, so you will need to be immediately available.
Responsibilities:
*Customer account maintenance and cash reconciliation
*Posting client payments on Navision
*Debt chasing and management in collaboration with Sales Ledger Manager
*Daily cashbook updates and accurate posting
*Assisting with invoicing process as needed
*Preparation of reports and updates for Sales Ledger Manager
*Posting invoices and account opening for new customers
Requirements:
*2+ years experience in a sales ledger / credit control environment (media/creative industry preferred)
*Proven experience in complex cashbook management and successful debt chasing
*Navision / Trust Accounting experience is desirable
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
