Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Wolverhampton for a residential conveyancer to join a growing department!
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of residential property cases from start to finish, including sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, retirement properties, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions
*Handle cases efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective processing
*Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
*Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and introducers
*Independently manage your workload, ensuring high productivity and quality with minimal supervision
*Meet with clients to take detailed instructions and provide tailored advice
Ideal Candidate will have:
*Proven experience in managing a caseload of residential property transactions
*Exceptional client service skills, consistently exceeding client expectations
*Highly organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
*Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of business targets and their impact on the firm
*Committed to delivering a high standard of client care
*Proficient in IT, with experience using a web-based case management system
*Strong communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients, solicitors, and introducers
