A client based in the fast-paced retail industry is seeking a diligent Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee their finance department.

Our client is based in the retail / ecommerce industry and has grown significantly over the past few years. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support them in the next stage of their growth. You’ll join a team of finance professionals and report directly into the Managing Director.
Description
*Preparing management accounts and overseeing day to day accounting functions
*Partnering with non financial stakeholders to develop budgets
*Providing forecasts and variance analysis
*Conducting financial analysis to assess the performance of various product lines
*Identifying and recommending areas for improvement and spotting potential risks to enable growth and efficiency
*Managing a finance team of 3 people
*Liaising with external auditors
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
*Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite
*Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Offer
*Salary in the region of £60,000, level dependent on experience
