OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
A prominent pizza restaurant franchise is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to join their Central London team in a hybrid capacity! This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s operational activities, ensuring the smooth running of daily processes, and providing exceptional support across various functions.
  
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Monitoring and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
*Overseeing ordering and inventory of supplies to meet operational needs
*Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication
*Handling incoming phone calls and messages with professionalism and a friendly demeanour
*Scheduling and attending multiple daily meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items as needed
  
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Experience managing the diaries of 3 or more people
*Strong communication skills
*Friendly with a can-do attitude
*Strong organisational skills
*Eagerness to learn and develop
