Finance Administrator

Job Description:
Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic business in Rotherham as they look for a confident and experienced Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Daily duties:
*Process all purchase invoices, carrying our proper checks and obtaining the correct authority where required
*Produce a weekly payment run taking care the only authorised invoices are paid to the correct bank details
*Complete all work within required timescales and job times
*Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled and any issues addressed
*Maintain and cleanse the purchase ledgers for all group companies
*Daily importing of invoices
*Process and reconcile the invoices
*Reconcile and process all company credit cards
*Handling of incoming phone calls
*Monitor and action the accounts email inbox
*Help in other areas of the Finance Department when needed
*Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety compliance
*Continuous improvement of company practices
Person Specification:
*Experience within a similar role
*Confident user of accounting software and Excel
