Job Description:
NFU Energy is the go-to energy consultant for agriculture and related industries, providing advice on all aspects of energy, from procuring energy contracts to sourcing and recommending energy solutions, and we are busy!
We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to work closely with the Marketing Supervisor to create and produce high quality marketing campaigns and content.
As the key point of contact for the delivery of sales and marketing activity, you will be friendly and approachable with the proven ability to be able manage your time well. You will be flexible
and adaptable in your approach and be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
• Support the Marketing Supervisor to implement the annual marketing plan across a full range of marketing and events activity.
• Manage, edit and optimise web content, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience across our website.
• Develop design concepts and write engaging content to promote NFU Energy services to our target audiences across all channels.
• Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for both online and print (including editorial, case studies, videos, podcasts, webinars, and blog posts).
• Develop and deliver regular eMarketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
• Develop and execute project plans for trade exhibitions that NFU Energy attends, overseeing all event activity including pre-event administration tasks, stand set up and breakdown, staff briefings and rotas, and post-event evaluation.
• Responsible for internal communications, ensuring NFU Energy staff to drive employee engagement and enhance company culture.
• Raise awareness of NFU Energy amongst potential clients, key opinion formers and potential partners through regular PR activity.
• Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• A relevant or equivalent Marketing degree
• A creative ability that would help bring our products and services to life.
• Good level of writing skills and proof reading
• Experience in managing campaigns from start to finish.
• Hands on experience of marketing service based solutions.
You will also need to:
• Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities.
• Work with a wide range of departments and all levels of staff.
• Be passionate about contributing to the growth and perception of the company.
• Always portray a professional image of NFU Energy.
In return you will receive a salary £25,000, with strong opportunities for growth, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), Simply Health Cash Plan, NFU membership and more.
You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
