We are currently looking to recruit a number of Skilled Operatives into their team, please find details below of one of the exciting opportunities available.
The Role: CNC Machine Operator - Permanent nights
Salary: £12.50ph + shift allowance
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am
The Machine Operator will report into the Production Team Leader on the shop floor with a focus on operating machines to cut and finish composite materials, whilst ensuring output targets are consistently achieved or excelled.
The Machine Operator role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and relishes being hands-on. You must have experience of working within a manufacturing setting and operating machinery.
Duties and responsibilities of the Machine Operator include:
*To operate CNC machines to cut and finish composite materials
*Quality checking skins for defects or damages and reporting any defects
*Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality
*Monitor and control manufacturing and operational processes in the designated zone
*Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and production activities
*Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation where required
*Adhere to health and safety protocols
We are keen to speak with Machine Operators with the following skills & experience:
*Accuracy, attention and keen eye for detail
*Experience of operating CNC machinery or similar
*Effective application of quality techniques
*Ability to follow standard operating procedures
*Organised and diligent
*Results driven
*Team player
*Manufacturing experience is essential
