Job Description:
Location: Greenwood Academy, Castle Vale, Birmingham (please note it is possible that the regional office will relocate to Tamworth Enterprise College, Tamworth in 12 months time)
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

We’re looking for a Regional Officer to play an essential role in supporting our mission to deliver an excellent education across our schools. As a Regional Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to:
*Provide executive support: Assist the Director of Primary and Regional Education Director in managing their day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations.
*Build strong relationships: Work closely with school leaders, regional staff, and external partners to drive collaboration and shared success.
*Enhance regional governance: Support effective oversight and compliance to maintain high standards across our schools.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
*Strong organisational skills: A talent for juggling multiple priorities, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills: The ability to engage confidently and clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
*Technical proficiency: Competence with IT tools and software to streamline and enhance daily operations.
*Commitment to education: A passion for supporting student success and contributing to positive outcomes for our schools.
