What will you do as Financial Controller?
*Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
*Budgeting and Forecasting, developing and managing the company’s budget
*Conducting financial forecasting
*Advising on long-term financial planning based on company goals
*Internal Controls and Compliance, Financial Analysis
*Identifying trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.
*Cost Control, reviewing / advising on ways to reduce costs & improve operational efficiency.
*Strategic Financial Planning, providing strategic input, managing cash flow
What do you need as a Financial Controller?
*CIMA or studying towards
*Comfortable working within an SME/start up environment
*Experience within a similar position is essential
*Scrutinising budgets, managing expenses, and assessing procurement practices.
*FMCG experience would be beneficial
