Job Description:
Join a dynamic team in the property sector, where creativity meets strategy! We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to support our marketing managers and sales teams in delivering exceptional results.
Location: Maidenhead with on-site travel to High Wycombe and Slough
Salary: Up to £33,000
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Creatives:
*Create and update a variety of marketing materials using Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.
*Develop collateral such as flyers, invitations, and presentations for the sales and international teams.
Websites / Portals:
*Maintain and update development websites and property portals, ensuring all content is current and engaging.
*Coordinate the implementation of new web pages and other digital content.
Emails & Social Media:
*Write compelling copy for digital adverts and emails.
*Manage social media posting, reporting on trends, and sourcing influencers.
*Produce high-quality digital and social media content, including video and photo material.
Advertising - Online and Offline:
*Liaise with media booking agencies or directly book advertising.
*Proofread and comment on online and offline advertising materials.
*Coordinate the approval process with creative agencies.
Public Relations:
*Proofread and comment on press releases and PR materials.
*Arrange imagery and coordinate approval processes with the PR agency.
Brochures / Marketing Material:
*Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to supply necessary information for marketing materials, including floor plans and CGIs.
Requirements:
*Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management in a property context.
*Some sales experience is ideal, as you’ll support the sales team with administrative tasks.
*A valid driver’s license and access to a car for site visits.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
