The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Legal dept) to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of the Swansea area.

Hours of work: Mon-Thurs: 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Contract: 12 week Temp to Perm subject to passing probation period

Holidays: 30 days (Inc bank holidays)

Main duties will include:-
*General office duties / photocopying
*Answering incoming calls / making calls / dealing with clients
*Emailing
*Booking appointments
*Taking payments
*Typing/organising files

Required skills:
*Confident phone manner is essential as you will be liaising with clients/customers
*Computer literate (basic level)
*Excellent attention to detail
*Capable of working independently and under pressure
*Ideally worked in a similar role previously
*Willingness to undertake other duties as required
