Job Title: Senior Test Analyst
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 at home)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst for a newly created role supporting the implementation of a new platform. This position is focused on manual testing with future opportunities to explore automation and potentially progress into a lead role.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute test cases, conduct regression testing, and support UAT.
*Coach and mentor junior QA team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
*Collaborate with third-party vendors for smooth integration.
*Document and track defects, ensuring effective feedback to the development team.
*Maintain test documentation and suggest improvements to testing processes.

What are we looking for?

*Knowledge or interest in automation tools and methodologies is advantageous, as this role could involve future automation work.
