Role Overview: As a Lifeguard with 4 Leisure, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our facility’s visitors. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, maintaining high standards of supervision and service.

Responsibilities: *Monitor Pool Safety: Maintain vigilant supervision of pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
*Implement Safety Protocols: Quickly respond to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
*Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to ensure pool equipment and surrounding areas are safe and clean.
*Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and helpful service to pool users, maintaining a positive environment.
*Assist with Pool Operations: Support the setup and takedown of pool activities and equipment as required.
Requirements: *NPLQ Certification: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required.
*DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check is preferred, but not essential.
*Availability: Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including weekends and holidays.
*Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public.
