We are working with our fast-paced specialist B2C travel client in the placement of their first CFO.
Having recently secured investment, we are working with the Board and Investment Directors in identifying a commercial and operationally solid CFO to drive the growth of this dynamic business.
Taking them through the first investment cycle, responsibilities of the role include:
*Development of group commercial and operational strategy.
*Creation of a best in class finance function with robust reporting controls and WCM.
*Development of analytics and pricing management to maximise value.
*Creation of a culture of positive change, professionalism and collaboration.
Experience within VC/PE high growth scenarios is essential as well as demonstrable roles leading finance in a commercially complex environment.
It is a given that you will demonstrate technical competence within reporting, systems, capital management etc.
You must also be highly strategic and have worked within a consumer facing business demonstrating significant stakeholder management.
This role is largely remote with some monthly travel within the UK.
