Job Description:
We are working on behalf of a luxury retailer to recruit an HR business partner. This company has a number of luxury brand names under its portfolio, widely regarded as the best in the market. The company has recently launched a number of new products that have been a huge success in the UK, which has helped elevate sales performance to new heights, not seen previously.
The role of HR business partner will assume responsibility for the portfolio of stores in the UK. Your role will be to assist the senior leaders across the business in all aspects of recruitment, ER, along with talent development and succession. You will also play a pivotal role in delivering a number of key projects the business will be undertaking in the coming months. You will also enjoy working with some of the biggest and most well respect brand names in the sector.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience at an HRBP or HR manager level, with experience in across retail stores. You will have strong generalist HR experience and not be afraid to get stuck into the detail. You will take ownership for recruitment, talent and development of store teams, from the shop floor to senior management and be an expert in this area. You’ll have gained experience managing ER casework and have strong knowledge of employment law.
In return, the role is paying up to £60,000, depending on experience, company car or car allowance. You will also benefit from private medical insurance, company Perkbox, optical cover and a very generous company discount of up to 40% across products.
