This role is crucial in managing the logistics of manufactured products, ensuring they reach their destinations efficiently and meet our high standards of delivery.
As a Global Shipping Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a global scale, coordinating the shipment of products to various international destinations. You will be responsible for assessing daily shipments, prioritising orders, producing electronic manifests, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external transport companies. You will: Prioritise and coordinate daily shipments to ensure timely deliveries
Produce and manage electronic shipping documents and labels
Communicate with transport companies to negotiate and obtain the best shipping options.
Use advanced systems like QAD for order processing and invoicing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address potential delays.
Analyse logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You will have:
*Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
*Proficient in using logistics software and systems.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
