Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to join a growing team at an award-winning multi service provider. As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and managing a team of 5-8 cleaners, depending on the store location. Your role is crucial in ensuring our store maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
*Supervise and manage a team of 5-8 cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
*Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
*Ensuring all cleaning is done accordingly and timely to high standards.
*Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Address any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
*Coordinate with store management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.
*Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a cleaning management role, preferably in retail, hotels, or similar environments.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
*Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and manage equipment.
