Job Description:
FP&A Analyst-Bristol (hybrid) - £45,000-£55,000 - ACA/ACCA/CIMA part Qualified.
IN2consult is partnering with one of our longest standing and largest listed clients. This role involves providing financial insights, reporting, and budget management for complex programs, with a focus on earned value management and forecasting.

As a FP&A Analyst you will be involved in:
*Producing financial reporting packages and advising program managers on budget and schedule variances
*Developing and maintaining baselines, conducting performance management, and analyzing estimates at completion
*Setting up, monitoring, and analyzing program budgets and schedules
*Managing earned value metrics, including setup, ongoing maintenance, and analysis
*Organizing data for monthly program reviews, covering both cost and schedule
*Preparing and tracking funding plans, labor forecasts, and subcontract/material/ODC forecasts
*Compiling and analyzing monthly forecasts covering orders, sales, operating income, and cash flow
*Creating ETC/EAC estimates based on program team inputs
*Participating in internal and external meetings, presenting financial and scheduling information
*Building and maintaining productive relationships within the organization for a positive work environment
*Additional duties as required
As a FP&A Analyst you will need:
*A part-qualified finance certification (ACA, CIMA etc)
*Experience in program finance and finance business partnering
*Confidence presenting to stakeholders across all business levels
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel modeling
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset
