You will be joining a reputable legal firm located in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre.
Your new role
This exciting Legal PA position sits in the Finance and Projects team. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality, proactive and experienced PA support to a team of partners and fee earners.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Working with finance teams to support fee earners’ financial performance
- Billing, accurately reporting and management of matter balances
- Help fee earners with event organisation, CRM tasks, CV updates, and support for bids and tenders
- Ensure all file management processes are undertaken correctly
- Comprehensive diary management
- Arranging travel
- Other administrative tasks
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous PA experience in a comparable environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail
