Job Description:
This modern, growing and exciting private Investment firm focused on a niche and high demand area of renewables, energy and sustainability is seeking a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their team in London (Mayfair).
A truly incredible opportunity for someone to immerse themselves in the front of house/administrative function of such a high profile and expanding environment. The role is available due to promotion. The office also has other administrative staff you will interlink with alongside a small (and growing) friendly international team.
You will act as the gatekeeper, taking and screening calls, taking detailed messages, manage the company inbox, set up and book meetings and organise any refreshments, postal and courier requirements, support the Office Manager with orders, facilities requests etc. and support the wider team with administrative support as needed.
To be considered you will have around a years’+ experience in a similar role in an office environment, be confident in Word, Excel & PowerPoint, have exceptional attention to detail, be a friendly and communicative individual, have a good level of confidence and experience in Investments, VC, Private Equity or Law are much preferred though fast paced, owner led experience will be considered.
They have a strong preference for collaboration in the office 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) at the offices in Mayfair, working the hours of 9am - 6pm.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, discretionary bonus based on company performance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and they are looking at further enhancements of their benefit offering. Long term scope for growth and earning potential a plenty.
