Job Description:
A highly recommended boutique and fast paced investment firm in Central London is seeking an Office Assistant who will immerse themselves in the running of the office including Office Management to front of house for the firm and take on / be trained in EA duties mainly for one of their C-Suite.
A role available due to internal promotion with long term scope to grow in role and responsibilities. Highly recommended culture with friendly, approachable colleagues who want you to succeed.
You will have some experience in an office environment performing administrative support tasks, A-level education or equivalent preferred, it would be advantageous to have experience in an investment, VC, private equity or similar setting but all will be considered. You will be a strong communicator, be well presented, have a hands on and can-do approach and have top skills in MS Packages - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A little snapshot of your day to include;
Office Management: managing team and company events and socials, organising team birthday and special occasion gifts/ gatherings, office supplies and groceries ordering, organising facilities requests, liaising with IT providers.
EA: Diary management for a member of the c-suite, travel arrangements, booking meetings and restaurants, expenses management and personal administration.
Reception: Greeting guests, managing room bookings, answering incoming calls and gatekeeping.
