Position: Head Chef
Location: Norwich City Centre
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year (based on experience)
Type: Permanent, 4-day week to start
About the Role: As the Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of developing and launching a new, exciting menu that showcases the best of Mediterranean cuisine. While general knowledge of Mediterranean dishes is preferred, it is not essential as you will collaborate with a talented team to craft a diverse and flavourful menu. As the head chef you will also be responsible for the day to day running’s of shifts with a developed team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences

*Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
*Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
