Customer Service Sales Advisor (Part Time)
*Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week
*£18k basic based on 25 hours plus £2-3k commission
*Flexible on days and hours
*Skelmersdale, Onsite car parking

What is expected?
You will report into the Director who leads from the front.
Here is a snapshot of some of your duties: -
*Outbound calling a mixture of contacts, active clients, lapsed, inbound queries, prospects, qualified leads and marketing campaigns.
*Identifying potential opportunities and booking meetings with a sales specialist
*Providing sales admin support with quotes
*Updating the sales database
*Working towards calling KPI’s and targets
The main focus of the role will be phone based, building rapport and relationships with new, prospect and established clients. An honest and transparent approach putting the customer first with a good understanding of their needs.
What would make you a perfect fit?
*Previous experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role
*Comfortable working towards targets and KPI’s
*Enjoys interacting with customers over the phone.
*Can build rapport with clients.
*You have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
