Job Description:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides everyday banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Compliance Business Analyst for a 6 months long contract based in London (hybrid).
Join us as a Compliance Business Analyst:
*Take on a critical role defining and realising fantastic solutions, processes, benefits and new opportunities to deliver to our stakeholders
*You’ll be working in a vibrant, forward-looking team and helping us to shape the future of Compliance
What you’ll do:
In your new role, you’ll be supporting the analysis of pan group compliance requirements while capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage, and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple functions.
You’ll also:
*Conduct process reviews with the intent to optimise and improve efficiencies
*Support the development and enhancement of Compliance Culture & Data Analytics governance and reporting, including Management Information reporting
*Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
*Assist in completing and tracking key remediation activities within the Compliance Culture & Data Analytics book of work
*Trace and link business requirements to future state design
*Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
What you’ll need:
*Experience of working on remediation and compliance processes
*Experience of working in the financial services industry
*A highly analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work
*Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
*An ability to work independently and proactively look for solutions
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong stakeholder management skills
This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
