Pertemps are looking for an Assembly Operative based in Droitwich!
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £11.44 per hour (rising to £12.01 once fully trained)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (40 hours per week). Early Friday finishes if all targets are met across the team.
Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities: *Assemble products according to specifications and instructions.
*Utilise basic hand tools with precision and care.
*Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
*Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements: *Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
*Ability to read and interpret drawings.
*Must be able to lift heavy (up to 25kg) due to the size of the product.
*Proficient in using basic hand tools.
*Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
*A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is desirable but not essential.
