Job Description:
A high growth SME supplying into the leisure industry is looking for a Customer Services Specialist/Account Manager to manage their key accounts. If you thrive in a customer-centric environment, excel in managing client relationships, and love problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you! Key responsibilities include:
*Managing key client Accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded
*Build and Maintain Relationships, develop long-term relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention
*Handle Enquiries, respond promptly to customer enquiries resolving issues efficiently and professionally
*Identify opportunities to offer additional products that benefit the client and drive revenue
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
*Prepare regular status reports for clients and management, outlining progress, results, and any potential issues
