Job Description:
We are currently looking for qualified and enthusiastic Social Workers to fill multiple positions within our organization, including roles such as Social Worker, Senior Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner, Assistant Team Manager, Team Manager, and IRO. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong dedication to assisting individuals and families in need, backed by a proven track record in the field of social work.
Responsibilities:
*Provide essential social work services to individuals and families requiring support
*Develop and execute personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
*Collaborate effectively with fellow professionals to assess client requirements and devise suitable solutions
*Serve as an advocate for clients, liaising with external organizations to coordinate services
*Maintain meticulous records and prepare detailed reports as necessary
Qualifications:
*Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field
*Current registration as a Social Worker
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
*Proficiency in working both independently and as part of a cohesive team
*While prior experience in social work is advantageous, it is not mandatory
