Job Description:
Salary: Competitive
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is expanding their research and development team at their offices in Cambridge, to facilitate the scaling of their manufacturing process. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to help support the Quality and Manufacturing teams with the supply chain processes.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator include:
*To oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products and materials.
*Support processing of incoming materials (goods-in) for Production materials.
*Material/inventory management for the Production and QC teams
*Ordering raw materials, consumables and services.
*Involvement with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Production in establishing Quality Agreements and Supply Agreements/contracts with critical suppliers.
*Maintain a controlled list of approved suppliers and monitor performance
*Escalate supplier deviations/alerts/notifications/advisory notices to the Deviation System.
*Support Material specification maintenance.
*Trade compliance / shipping regulations and global distribution processes.
*Product shipments to customers using appropriate and approved methods and couriers and monitoring open shipments and maintaining dispatch, shipping and receipt records.
Requirements for the Logistics Coordinator include:
*Highly motivated and flexible with excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Previous experience working within warehouse or logistical role
*A strong team player.
*Good project management skills.
*Must hold the right to work in the UK.
