Key Responsibilities include: *Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, utilising CRM systems.
*Provide excellent customer service, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
*Perform general office duties and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

The Person:
Previous experience within a customer service role, strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential, someone with good knowledge of IT systems is beneficial also. They are offering a salary of £25,000pa.
