Job Description:
*Exhibition Sales Executive
*Basic upto £35,000
*On target: £43,000 uncapped
*Monday to Friday
*3 days in the office, 2 working from home
*Prior B2B Sales Experience required

The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales executive to work across an exciting portfolio of Events and Exhibitions. The role is target focused, but also allows for creativity and progression as the products develop and evolve.
Responsibilities
The role is sales driven but will also be able to develop new products and give their input steering and developing strategy to match the digital ambitions of the company.
*Ensure sales targets (personal and product) are achieved above and beyond each month
*Maintain and increase business development - increase new lead sources
*Build client relationships - client management, client retention
*Ensure database is kept up to date at all times
*Have a solid understanding of the sales process
*Know your stuff: industry, competitor analysis, publications, key brands, what’s best for your clients, inventory, show targets - and how to increase revenue year on year
*Back management decisions publicly and suggest constructive ideas
*Implement a strategy/vision for your client base
*Communicate with the team ensure your knowledge is shared

*Past experience on delivering successful B2B sales revenue
*A strategic and proactive thinker and planner
*Organised with an eye for detail
