HR Transformation Manager
Certain Advantage are hiring for an HR Transformation Manager based in Reading.
This role is on an initial 6-month contract basis and is hybrid.

The role:
The HR Transformation Manager will oversee and implement HR transformation initiatives in a complex, multinational environment. This individual will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with organisational objectives, managing change across diverse geographies, and supporting HR change management with a keen focus on detail, confidentiality, and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
*Understand and work within complex HR processes in matrixed, multinational organizations.
*Lead multi-country HR change initiatives, designing and implementing organizational change plans with a solid understanding of change principles, theories, and methodologies.
*Develop and maintain effective relationships with global business units and HR teams, providing commercially focused support to HR change processes.
*Oversee multiple simultaneous change projects, managing priorities to align with strategic objectives.
*A data savvy style and able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations.
*Take full ownership of end-to-end strategy, processes, and project alignment.
The individual:
*Practical experience with employment legislation, ARD/TUPE, and redundancy processes in key European countries (e.g., UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Spain).
*Experience working with European or local country Works Council bodies is a plus.
*Highly developed skills in planning, programming, and managing projects, with a strong ability to simplify and solve complex problems.
*Data-driven approach to identify key themes, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations.
*Versatility in working with diverse situations, individuals, and groups.
*Preferable experience with IT services concepts or previous work in telecommunications or technology sectors.
