Job Description:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £23K-£25K Basic Salary - 1st year OTE £35K - 2nd year OTE £45K
Since our client was formed in the year 2000, they have been committed to providing recruitment solutions across the technology sector. They work with some of the world’s leading IT companies and continue to build long-term, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
They have successfully placed thousands of candidates at all levels in sales, marketing, and technical roles throughout Europe within the IT Channel.
What you’ll be doing:
*You will be managing 50 customers within a particular sector and looking to grow and develop relationships with these accounts.
*Discussing their hiring requirements and agreeing on hiring strategies to fill their positions.
*You will be proactively sourcing candidates on social media, job boards & through job ads and building your own network of talent.
*Discussing their career aspirations and proactively getting them interviews within your install base and any net new customers coming through from the Business Development team.
*The position will start off very candidate centric, working closely with the team who will supply the roles before moving on to building your own long-lasting relationships with IT sales leaders across the UK & Europe.
*You will be working towards a monthly revenue target agreed with the Sales Director.
About you:
*You will be a natural rapport builder and enjoy having conversations both over the phone and in person.
*Recruitment is all about building relationships and trust, so you will enjoy engaging with different contacts daily.
*You will probably be a gifted communicator and have experience in engaging with different people via different mediums. Social methods, phones, and in-person.
*Ideally, you will have some exposure to a sales environment and have a track record of working towards targets / KPI’s.
*Although experience of sales, recruitment or Tech would be ideal, your natural qualities will far outweigh any prior experience.
