Job Description:
Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Long Bennington who are looking for Content Marketing Specialist to join their busy team.
About the Business:
Our Client are one of the largest machinery dealers and suppliers covering the UK and Europe, making them a leading name in both the Forestry and Recycling industries.
About The Offer:
• £32,000
• Permanent Contract
• 40 hours per week
About The Role:
To manage advertising and social media platforms, website content, and promote and generate awareness of our Client’s brands in the capital equipment industry via testimonials and case studies.
Responsibilities:
Content Development:
• Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content (like blog posts, videos, infographics) to attract and engage a target audience
• Case studies and testimonials will also be used as content. This is best produced inhouse along with outsourced graphics design an option if required.
• Video content, including drone footage, will be developed on an ongoing basis (such as YouTube content, social media clips, webinars) to engage audiences, educate, or promote products.
Social Media Marketing:
• Using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to reach and interact with existing and prospective customers and in the process building brand awareness and driving website traffic.
• A content calendar will be developed and communicated
• The best social media platforms will be determined for each specific product. This will be best achieved by inhouse activity and a combination of company posts and individual employees (with awareness of the Corporate Identity and within policy guidelines).
Email Marketing:
• Sending targeted emails to current or potential customers to build relationships, promote content, share news, or offer deals. This will be an inhouse activity.
• A weakness has been identified with respect to the current database and every effort will be taken to clean this or produce a new "clean" database for marketing purposes. This will be an ongoing process.
Analytics and Data Analysis:
• The performance of digital marketing campaigns will be analysed routinely to measure their degree of success and to make data-driven decisions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Controlling the outsourcing of this component if required.
• Working with the goal of optimizing client’s website content and structure to rank higher in search engine results pages, making it more visible to people searching for relevant keywords. This is an area that AI has had a significant impact upon.
About you:
• Interest and engagement in plant and machinery
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business and communication genres preferred
• 3 years digital marketing experience preferred
• A good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience in content performance analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
• IT skills including the use of MS Office programs along with social media platforms
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and a key eye for detail
• Driving licence essential as travel will be required, nationally and at time internationally
• Great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• CRM knowledge, data input and analysing data / trends
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
• The ability to work under pressure
