A QUALITY MARKET LEADING, ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES / SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
£18-20,000 DOE BASIC SALARY £30-35,000 OTE + CAR OR ALLOWANCE
My client are looking for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.
The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with good earnings, in return you will be responsible for:
*Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
*Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
*Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
*Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
*Showing people around properties in the local area
*General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
*Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
*Local knowledge preferable
*Full driving licence and own car essential
This is a dynamic role where your no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
