Join a leading firm in the industry as a Tax and Treasury Manager. This pivotal role involves managing tax strategy, compliance, and treasury operations to optimise financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop tax strategies aligned with business goals.
*Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations across multiple locations.
*Prepare and review tax returns and advise on transaction tax implications.
*Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
*Manage banking relationships and optimise payment processes.
*Lead financial reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
*Develop and mentor a small team of accounts payable professionals.
Qualifications:
*Relevant degree and professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
*Minimum five years of experience in tax or treasury management.
*Strong knowledge of UK and European tax laws.
*Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
