HR Administrator
Southwark
Permanent starting salary £28314
37.5 hours per week 52 weeks a year

This trust offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the Trust. Based in one school, however occasional travel between schools may be required.
THE JOB
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that HR processes are efficient and effective, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment for all staff including:
*Process new starter paperwork and contracts.
*Maintain accurate employee records.
*Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate applications.
*Answer employee enquiries and provide HR guidance.
*Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
THE CANDIDATE
*Proven experience in a similar HR administrative role
*Knowledge of Schools HR and admin systems
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
