Hays are recruiting for a permanent office assistant role. This role is office based in Manchester city centre.
Your new role
You will be responsible for administrative duties at the Manchester office. You will meet and greet visitors, handle incoming calls, travel organisation, expenses, handle office tasks, tidy meeting rooms, organise areas, general office duties and any other duties required via the Manchester team.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, you will be positive, well presented, keen to learn, you will be organised with high attention to detail, and you will be comfortable in an office-based interactive role.
What you’ll get in return
