Job Description:
We are working exclusively with our London based client who are looking to add a talented individual to their senior team in the form of an FP&A Manager. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will take on full responsibility for the financial planning, providing the business with the key information required to enable them to continue their growth plans. This is a unique business and represents an opportunity for an individual to join them at an exciting time of growth. It is essential that you are currently working in a medium to large size company in a hands on lead FP&A role. Strong Excel skills are essential including the ability to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills.
Duties are extremely varied but a few highlights include:
*Manage the FP&A activity across the business, delivering directly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders in the business
*Work closely with the shareholders and investors, preparing and presenting forecasts, insights and variances
*Involvement in new business cases, providing financial models to support
*Working closely with the corporate finance activities in the business, involvement in due diligence and working closely with potential and new investors
You must be
*Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
*An individual with excellent presentation and communication skills
*Experienced in working in an FP&A Lead role from a Medium or Large company
*Willing to be hands on but capable of having the gravitas and confidence of dealing with people at all levels
*Experienced with financial models and possess strong all round IT skills including Excel
