About the Finance Manager Role
As Finance Manager, you will have a diverse and impactful role within the Accounts team. Your work will not only support the day-to-day financial operations but also contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development in a collaborative environment.

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities
*Accounts Payable/Receivable management
*Processing of monthly accounting journals
*Preparation and submission of monthly payroll
*Regulatory pension contributions processing.
*Month End KPI Reporting
*Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation
*Preparation & Submission of Quarterly VAT returns
*Management and maintenance of all ledgers
*Input into the preparation of statutory accounts
*Input into the preparation of corporation tax return
*Liaising with third party accountancy provider
*Production of yearly cash flow and P&L projections
*Support with internal record management and auditing

Finance Manager Package
*Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience.
*29 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays.
*Annual pay reviews and pension contributions after 3 months.
*Death in service, PMI, Income protection and critical illness coverage
*Weekly health and wellbeing sessions and quarterly team events.
*Support for professional development, including access to financial advisors.

Finance Manager Skills and Experience
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or part qualified is desired (or equivalent experience).
*Strong experience in accounting, including financial reporting and reconciliation.
*Proficiency with Excel
*Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members.
*Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
