Job Description:
Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Supervisor to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,445 Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Planning Supervisor role are:
Develop personal and team performance
Provide coaching and guidance to a team of work planners
Ensure adequate resources are deployed to meet the commitment of work priorities within responsive repairs service
Manage and develop a team of work planners to meet service delivery demands
Manage the outstanding work queue in DRS
Manage the no access report and reasons for no access
Support management of the responsive/ Voids repairs service by providing analysis and reporting information
Attend meetings
Provide information and attend resource meetings
Ensure that suitable processes and procedures are in place for the planning Teams
What we are looking for in our ideal Planning Supervisor:
Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.
