Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference? What You’ll Do:
*Engage and Inspire: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that captivate and meet the unique needs of students with SEMH.
*Monitor Progress: Assess and record student progress, offering constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
*Collaborate: Work with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective IEPs.
*Innovate: Develop and implement teaching and behaviour management strategies in partnership with colleagues.
*Participate: Be an active part of school events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualifications: QTS or equivalent.
*Experience: Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
*Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and frameworks.
*Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
