Job Description:
This role requires a Maintenance Operative who can efficiently manage and execute various maintenance tasks within a large Not For Profit organisation located in Newton Le Willows. The successful candidate will work within the Facilities Management department, providing vital support to ensure the smooth running of the facility.

Description
*Carry out routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
*Perform minor repairs and improvements as required.
*Assist in the implementation of health and safety procedures.
*Support the maintenance team in ensuring the facility meets industry standards.
*Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
*Liaise with external contractors when necessary.
*Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
*Participate in relevant training and development initiatives.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Operative should have:
*Relevant qualifications in a maintenance-related field.
*Full Drivers License.
*A practical skillset with the ability to perform various manual tasks.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the Not For Profit sector.
*Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a large organisation.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and external contractors.
Job Offer
*An hourly rate of up to circa £15ph
